hey everyone,


     this is my first blog.  i did okay today.  i have only eaten three fat free hotdogs, two pieces of fat free cheese slices and one can of okra and tomatoes.  i might have some fish later but i am not sure yet.  as long as it is fat free and low calories.  i hope to eat less tomorrow.  i will take it one step at a time.  that way my stomach will slowly shrink and i won't even be able to start thinking about eating more than i would like to.  oh i also started taking 4 apple cider pills with each meal that i eat.  another girl said that she lost 2 pounds a day doing this.

Some pills actually make you gain weight. But if you want to loose more weight, you can just eat around 5 small meals a day. Not like a regular meal where you have practically all the food groups in one bite or something.
